The Origin Story
AI Budapest's High Agency Workshop
I've been successfully developing multiple products with AI agents for years, applying learnings and best practices. After a few really impressive practical results - MVPs in days - it came to my mind to automate it even more so I don't need to do the repetitive preparation part and watch the code all the time, type the instructions one by one.
That's what I brought as a task to the AI Budapest's High Agency workshop (October 22, 2025): to create the basic concepts and define the goals, learn more about what others want to build with no-code tools, what are user needs.
After talking for about an hour and taking notes about how others use no-code tools and what do they want to build, in the rest two and half hours the POC, the first website, and investor deck came to life. My perspective was simple: how do real software development teams actually work? We don't need to reinvent the wheel.
That's why we have kanban views to track progress, agent activity views to see who's working on what, project views with burndown charts, and all the familiar tools that development teams already know and trust.
As you can see how fast this platform evolves, that's the know-how I built into the platform itself - it's a proof of itself. This workshop insight became the foundation of BuildGreenfield's unique approach: AI that works the way human teams do.
Vision & Background
BuildGreenfield emerged from two decades of software development and product leadership. As Head of Product and Innovation at LogiNet Systems and co-founder of multiple technology ventures, I observed a persistent inefficiency: development teams spending 60-70% of project time on repetitive infrastructure work rather than core functionality.
My journey began at age 9 with my first lines of code. Over 20+ years, I evolved from a language-agnostic developer through enterprise architecture roles to product leadership and strategic innovation. This path revealed a crucial insight: the best tools amplify human expertise rather than replace it.
